In 2000, Canquest Communications (On-line) Inc. was also incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary and has evolved from a Prepaid Internet supplier to currently providing VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) telephone service at extremely attractive rates initially for small and medium sized business as well as residential.
