We are a New Orleans, LA based private equity capital investment firm that invests financial and intellectual capital in early to mid-stage companies. When appropriate we prefer to be active participants, along with management, in our investment partner companies; and seek to create profitable entities that benefit shareholders, employees, the community and the economy.
We use a balanced investment approach that is diversified by industry, transaction type, stage of development and risk profile. By utilizing these methods, we are able to achieve a high level of portfolio quality, and are better prepared to weather economic cycles. Our mix of ventures consists of both debt financing and traditional equity investments; and our aim is to achieve consistent, above-market returns for our investors while providing needed capital and active guidance to our portfolio companies.
