The CanSurround team estimates that for every person diagnosed with cancer, at least five additional lives are affected by the disease. Because cancer’s influence is far reaching, CanSurround serves all whose lives are changed by cancer—patient, family, friends, and co-workers. Considering all phases of the cancer journey—diagnosis, treatment and survivorship—we provide information and inspiration to guide participants toward choices that foster personal growth and healing. By building a trusted relationship with all users, CanSurround helps them to gain confidence, better steer their way through the cancer experience and let go of some of their fear and worry.
