We are a small molecule, oncology focused, drug discovery organisation that partners with leading Australian research institutes, universities and biotech companies.
We translate Australia’s cancer research into the next generation of gentler and more effective therapies for patients by bridging the gap between basic research and commercial outcomes.
We were established in 2007 under the Australian government’s Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) initiative. Since our inception, we have licensed four preclinical candidates, and delivered two of the largest preclinical deals in Australia. These deals have delivered $40 million in pharmaceutical revenue to the Australian economy with the potential to grow in excess of $600 million long-term.
We have executed three collaborative cancer research deals with international pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, MSD and Amplia.
