Cantine Colosi is a company based in Pace del Mela, Sicily, Italy. Its family-run business started in the '70s, when Pietro Colosi senior bought the first plot of vineyards in Salina and begun to cultivate the "Malvasia". In the following years, his son Piero Colosi decided to enhance his factory. Nowadays, among these lands of volcanic origins, in the evocative location of Capo faro, stands the vinification cellar, embedded in lava stone walls and rounded by the terraced vineyards.
