The winery has now reached the 5th generation: Augusto Zuffa is carrying on the tradition of the wine making process taken over from his father, adding his own experience and innovations. The grapes are treated organically - no chemicals are used and the harvest is still done by hand. The production is supported by 4 patents, of which one has been developed in-house.
