O sócio fundador foi CIO da Brookfield Property Group no Brasil e responsável por R$11 bi em ativos sob gestão. Os sócios realizaram investimentos e desinvestimentos imobiliários de R$10 bi nos últimos 6 anos, além da estruturação e gestão de R$ 4 bi em ativos de crédito*. We provide investment alternatives with risk-adjusted returns through a reasoned process and technical discipline. We participate in the whole investment cycle, from origination to the asset management. We allocate capital through real estate private equity, debt, listed & non-listed real estate funds, and REITs. Our team is made up of executives with over 20 years of experience. The founding partner is the former CIO of Brookfield Property Group in Brazil and was responsible for R$11 bn in assets under management. The group of partners executed real estate investments and divestments of R$10 bn over the last 6 years. In addition, they also structured and managed R$4 bn in credit assets*. In early 2021, the partners created Canuma Capital, and then received BTG Pactual, the largest investment bank in Latin America, as a minority partner (sept/21). *Former employers
