In a context of increased competition between territories, it is now necessary to complete our tools in order to better control the image of the City and develop its influence on the national territory, but also internationally. The city of Agde currently has on its territory, in direct management, an international golf course (27 holes), an international tennis center (27 tennis courts and 8 padel courts), a convention center of 4000 m2, the Chateau Laurens (villa completely renovated), the Aquatic Center of the Archipelago (including a spa, massage, balneo, a swimming pool and two other basins), as well as a nautical center, delegated to Sodeal, which manages the nautical activities in the port of Agde. The aim is to federate these highly attractive facilities by initiating an innovative and partnership-based approach through the creation of an agency whose objective will be to manage, promote and develop the "Cap d'Agde Destination" brand in compliance with both
the tourism strategy defined at the community level and the specific needs of the resort. It is therefore proposed that the four institutions (City, Agglomaration, Tourist Office and SODEAL), concerned by these major facilities, join together in the Cap d'Agde Destination association.
