Cap'N'Chino

The Cap'N'Chino platform was founded by Hans Cook in 2019 as a result of a severe burnout, which led to a diagnosis of anxiety and depression, when he was 22 years old and studying for a PhD. What was initially just an Instagram page, used to review his top coffee spots in Oxford, has grown to a platform which raises awareness through merchandise, sponsorship of a local grassroots football team, and his own blend of coffee: 'Self Care Blend'. The recent launch (June 2023) of the ‘Flat Whites & Insights’ video podcast is the next step for Cap’N’Chino to provide a space for open, honest and vulnerable conversations.
