Cap Real Estate was set up in 2018 as a specialist funding advisory business in Build-to-Rent (BTR), Residential and Alternative Sectors in the UK and Ireland. The company has two main service offerings: - a specialist consultancy in the Alternative Sectors, advising developers and landowners on funding and exit strategies. - a debt & equity advisory platform, raising capital for developers, operators and landowners across all real estate sectors. The company is based in London and lead by Rob Nelson (former head of Alternative Capital Markets at Doherty Baines), Jeremy Toone (former partner and Head of Real Estate at Grant Thornton), William Jeens (former head of Real Estate Debt Advisory at Grant Thornton) and Niall Crowley (former director of Grafton Residential).
