My name is Khalida Elyas Director and the founder of Capability Care. We founded Capability Care 6 years ago to improve the quality of care and support available to individuals with disabilities. As experienced registered provider in various fields, we bring a unique perspective to the organisation, allowing us to provide compassionate, person-centred care. Our team collectively brings decades of experience in healthcare to our disability community services.we have extensive experience in healthcare settings, including mental health,community, Aged Care, emergency respite,hospital discharge and neurological diseases and disorders. Our diverse background provides us with comprehensive knowledge of healthcare needs and challenges. the services we provide are: Support independent living (SIL) Specialised disability accommodation (SDA) Short term accommodation (STA) Medium term accommodation (MTA Respite/Emergency respite Hospital discharge Community Participation School holiday program Household Tasks Participate Community Group/Centre Activities/Day program coming soon We are also registered for module 2A We provide services in all Melbourne and Western suburbs of Sydney and Southern western Sydney.
