Our mission is to increase income for people living in extreme poverty.
We implement a two year program that unlocks potential and leads to a transition out of poverty. We provide mentorship and counseling, intensive training, and access to financial services. Our Clients gain the knowledge and skillsets they need to make the journey out of poverty and develop the resiliency required to not fall back in.
We are Experienced: We have ten years of experience fighting extreme poverty. We are a global team who know our communities better than anyone. We were born in these communities and we lean on that experience to provide the most relevant and impactful services possible.
We are Effective: Thousands have benefited from our programs. A growing body of research proves that graduation approaches like ours create sustainable impact. Because we invest deeply into the whole person beyond their economic challenges, we see our graduates consistently outperform industry-wide averages. We believe that there is no better way to end poverty than through a program like ours.
We are Efficient: We deploy funding to what works. After our preliminary assessments, we’ve seen that for every dollar we invest through our programs a minimum of $3 of economic value is created in the communities where we work.
