At Capablo, we focus on the behaviours of individuals. Through training, seminars, facilitation and coaching, we support individuals to develop their behaviours and their ability to influence others. Together with our clients and participants, we increase the awareness of the desired corporate culture, which makes it easier for the collaborator to live up to the company’s shared values. We put the spotlight on the role of the leader, and on the leader’s ability to be a role model. We challenge the leader to create a followership toward the visions, fulfilling strategies and goals on the way. We support and train leaders, leaders and individual collaborators to increased self awareness of how they influence the people around them and what the impact is of their actions on the corporate culture they are a part of. Capablo trains to lead in times of change, inspiring collaborators to willingness and motivation.
