Our fun filled 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 Events enable participants to relax, bond and celebrate as they draw meaningful lessons from each game. The inspiration gained from these events improves self-esteem and addresses aspects that affect team performance such as conflicts, stress, inefficient resource utilisation, lack of commitment to timelines, unhealthy competition among others. These instill a collective desire to exceed performance targets at both individual and team level. As a result, companies have multiplied their sales and organisations have improved the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance and sustainability of their interventions. The 𝗘𝗥𝗜 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 Training sessions we facilitate build capacity of staff to be facilitators that inspire self reliance in communities.
