Capacity Building Partnerships (CBP) was founded in 2019 by Cliff Jones, Sara Curiel Paez, Alexis Millett and María Lisa Johnson. CBP uses participatory approaches to build capacity, develop inclusive leadership, and transform organizational culture so that organizations achieve their missions and visions. We have extensive experience developing and delivering training, facilitation, coaching, strategic planning, and support for culture change. We work in small and big systems, with non-profit, for-profit, government agencies, and labor. We are led by women and people of color. Our strengths live in our different cultural perspectives and collective experience working with hundreds of organizations and leaders. We are aligned in our shared values and vision of creating a more equitable and just society.
