Administer, develop, and promote dance minor program with the intention of expanding to a major degree: hiring and overseeing adjunct dance faculty; planning and development of new curriculum; marketing and outreach to build program; advising students, teaching courses in dance. Seven years of teaching online and in class courses, advising students, developing new courses, managing students and facilitating course work.

I teach, choreograph and support contemporary/modern dance as artistic director of Tere Mathern Dance in addition to my work as managing and co-artistic director of Conduit Dance Inc. - a nonprofit that supports contemporary dance through a dedicated space for creative research, study, and performance.

I am the artistic and managing director, as well as a board member. Recently have been contracted to provide management and administration for the organization.
