Cape Ann Community Foundation

The Cape Ann Community Foundation (CACF) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in the Cape Ann region—Essex, Gloucester, Manchester-by-the-Sea, and Rockport. Since our establishment in 2015, we’ve awarded over $100,000 in grants to local non-profits and educational initiatives, funded through the sale of the Cape Ann License Plate. We support a variety of organizations, including Backyard Growers, Gloucester High School Vocational Tech, Ocean Alliance, Rockport Public Library, Manchester-by-the-Sea Museum and so many others. By showcasing your pride in Cape Ann through the license plate, you directly contribute to projects that promote economic development, education, and community engagement.
