We are a dynamic company that specializes in personalised offsite modular construction and conversion of shipping containers to your exact specification for commercial, residential, institutional and industrial applications.
We offer complete turnkey solutions from designing, manufacturing, site works, municipal plan submission, delivering & offloading, and on-site installations. We also work with accredited architects and engineers to ensure your container conversion or modular structure meet all bylaws and regulations.

Our offsite facility located in the Western Cape and is home to our indoor builds. All our products are built or converted in our quality-controlled workshop, eliminating extra costs or delays. Once the structure is ready, it’s delivered to your site, ready to be installed.
