The Company builds a range of thoughtfully designed floor plans that vary in size and layout — all featuring open-concept living, functional spaces, and desirable finishes. Every home reflects a commitment to smart design and end-user enjoyment. Cape Residential is an affiliate of The Cape Companies, which is a development firm focused on planning, entitling, developing and building detached single-family rental communities and traditional multifamily communities. In addition to their core business of for-sale/retail home construction, Cape Residential serves as the fee-builder for The Cape Companies' rental communities.
