Caper & Crow is a collaboration between Craig Ilott and Stuart Couzens, who’s combined artistry create experiential worlds that fuse hospitality, entertainment and artistic pursuit. The pair first worked together in 2012 on the creation of Ibiza’s world famous Pacha nightclub in Sydney for Justin Hemmes and Merivale. Couzens and Ilott co-created L’Hôtel together in 2020, which had its world premiere and sold-out season for Adelaide Cabaret Festival in 2021, followed by a successful season at Sydney Opera House in 2022.
Gatsby at The Green Light is Caper & Crow’s follow-up hit-show which premiered at the Sydney Opera House in December 2023, selling out a 15-week season to great audience and critical acclaim.
