Caperture was founded in 2018 with the vision of capturing the world through diverse perspectives, celebrating the art of photography, and fostering a supportive space for aspiring photographers at Ashoka University. Our journey began with a small group of passionate individuals who sought to connect through a shared love for visual storytelling. We are now one of Ashoka's biggest clubs, with 4 departments and 60+ members.
Caperture is not just a community of photographers, but a community for photography. We are dedicated to helping students hone their craft, through workshops, photowalks and exhibitions curated by our members and showcasing their photography. Within Ashoka’s clubs and societies community, we provide coverage for events on campus, fostering a unique platform for collaboration, creativity, and friendship in documenting the college atmosphere.
