Established in 2001, Cape Seafoods Inc. is a predominantly family-owned and operated seafood company. We are quality producers of pelagic fish, mainly herring and mackerel, as well as squid and lobster. Our fish are caught by local fishermen out of the historic fishing port of Gloucester, Massachusetts. We are dedicated to responsible fishing practices and policies that will sustain our fishery for future generations.
We cater to the primary fish markets of frozen food and bait products, resulting in access to quality seafood year-round. Our wholesale bait shop located at the end of our pier serves local commercial and recreational fishermen. In addition to local customers, our clients are based around the country from the Great Lakes to the Gulf and West Coasts, and abroad in over 40 different countries.
