On the Buy Side, we work with large family offices, mid sized PE Funds and investment arms of large corporates, in sourcing direct PE investments, and advise, structure and facilitate the transaction through to close. We also help to find co-investment partners and raise equity for investments our clients may already be involved with. Our investment mandate is usually focussed on US and UK/European opportunities.
