We are a boutique advisory recently launched by the team behind the landmark Part 26A SME restructuring plan for GoodBox. We advise and represent clients facing situations of impending deterioration of capital (debt or equity) as a result of stakeholder conflicts, mismanagement, or insolvency. We follow a three stage process: Advisory We quickly understand the key objectives and the complexities of the case. We dig into the relevant details, documents and applicable legal technicalities and advise on pragmatic strategies and scenarios, highlighting the risks involved. Advocacy We take on the agreed mandate of the client and robustly represent that with the stakeholders involved. We will seek to achieve amicable resolution to avoid costly legal escalations and litigation, gradually ratcheting up the approach. Execution We will execute back of house activities such as preparing formal communications, notices, witness evidence and any other legal documents. If the gloves have to come off we will not hesitate to step in to manage litigation in accordance with the agreed mandate.
