Patrick has +10 years of independent business and economic development consulting, working in the private, public and not-for profit sectors. Previously, Patrick served in local government for more than 28 years in various roles including as founding CEO of a local economic development corporation, senior Manager responsible for Property and Economic Development, a Director for Development Information inside one of Canada's largest municipalities and as a Land Use Planner.
