Capital Scraps was a science-led composting business, which ran in Canberra, Australia from 2020-2024. With a focus on community engagement, we aimed to fill the gap leading up to city-wide food scrap recycling while demonstrating best practice in small scale composting, and bringing compost and its benefits into full public view.
