About Capitol County Children’s Collaborative

Capitol County Children’s Collaborative (CCCC) is a non-profit Care Management Organization (CMO) located in Mercer County, NJ. CCCC works with youth and their families up to age 21 with emotional, behavioral and/or substance abuse challenges, intellectual, developmental, and/or intellectual disabilities. Capitol County Children's Collaborative 's Mission and Vision is to empower children and families by providing individualized care that promotes healthy and independent family functioning.
