Haute Catering by Ridgewells, formerly known as Haute on the Hill, is an upscale, award-winning union caterer founded in 2002 that serves the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
A growing and dynamic company, Haute Catering exceeds expectations through superior service, relying on its experienced event designers and talented support staff to accommodate clients in the government, corporate and social sectors.
While we began our operations on Capitol Hill as the preferred caterer to the U.S. House of Representatives, we have branched out to include other entities, such as the Pentagon Library and Conference Center, the National Defense University, the U.S. Naval Academy and the National Archives and Records Administration.
In 2007, Haute Catering expanded when it opened CapitolHost, a division in the U.S. Capitol that is solely dedicated to providing catering services at that site. We also have partnered in recent years with the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) and OTG Management.
In addition to our contract operations, we also offer social catering services to our clients. They include weddings, receptions, breakfasts and lunches – virtually any event that requires extraordinary food and service.
