CapLand Real Estate Advisors combines a property consultancy practice, a development management platform and a commercial real estate agency together to provide a full service for our clients at every stage throughout the property lifecycle. This integrated solution delivers significant value for our clients, maximizes the value of each asset as well as generate realistic results in a timely manner. CapLand's clients include both domestic and off-shore; financial institutions, publicly listed and private property groups, investment funds, high-net worth individuals as well as major manufacturing and mining corporations. One of CapLand's core practices is working directly with Lenders and Receivers on real estate assets to complete an in-depth analysis of the asset, assist in any repositioning via adjusting approvals, marketing strategies or additional construction and then finally managing the realisation process. CapLand is based in QLD, although is also currently advising on assets in NSW, VIC, NT and WA.
