CAPSIC (Creating an Accessible Primary System with Intelligence and Care.) is an early-stage healthtech concept designed to decentralize primary healthcare by enabling pharmacies as the access point for assisted telemedicine. At CAPSIC, we’re building a pharmacy-first digital ecosystem that connects patients with doctors, diagnostics, and medicines—powered by local pharmacy infrastructure. Our goal is to solve real accessibility challenges in India’s healthcare system, especially in Tier 2/3 cities and semi-urban areas. CAPSIC integrates: Assisted video consultations at pharmacies Lab test bookings via commission model Digital advertising networks inside pharmacies Medicine distribution & local healthcare delivery Currently in the prototype and research-validation stage, CAPSIC is based on real-world insights gathered through grassroots observation and a formal academic study comparing telemedicine vs traditional consultation methods in India. Our long-term mission is to build a Pharma Care Economy—where every pharmacy becomes a smart healthcare hub.
