With offices in New York, California, United Kingdom, Singapore and soon to be in South Africa we are a Global Management Consulting Practice providing (1) Private Equity and Family Office stakeholders an “on-site/hands-on” management team (operators) deployed, with current portfolio company management, to augment/address the underperforming portfolio company, and, (2) Investment Team Advisors focused on Strategic Planning and the execution of near-term, mid-term and long-term strategic objectives by leveraging the global investor and strategic partner network of the firm. We work collaboratively with the PE & FO (primary) stakeholders, as well as, with the Portfolio Company (PC) management teams across all areas of the company's operations. Our firm is led by a team of professionals who have successfully served in senior corporate leadership roles across these aforementioned capacities in the small to medium sized business markets ($50mm-$500mm in revenues). Our industry expertise includes, but is not limited to, Hospitality, F&B, Construction/Property Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Sports, Entertainment & Media.
