Leticia Capuruco is a clinical and sports psychologist with specialization in both areas and over 15 years of experience. His work is influenced by the experience and knowledge gained as a high performance athlete and the work developed with leaders of multinational companies, where he has been working for over 11 years. Leticia offers mental skills training and counseling for executives, athletes, teams, and expert agents focusing on topics that include leadership and life skills. While most of her work focuses on applied performance excellence and consulting with individuals and teams, she is also involved in relevant research seeking to develop and refine the techniques of Sport Psychology and Business Psychology.
