CAR LA laminates composites include ultralight sustainable materials, which has the impact on LCA and CO2 reduction . Laminates are for different applications in car interior. We have strong prototyping for our customers accordance with Tier 1 and OEM specifications and demands. We are focused on mono-composition laminates and possible recycling after life time. The groups of CAR Laminates: - mono laminates PES, - foam laminates low emission, high air permeable for clima seats, mesh laminates for active and passive clima systems in seat cover and headrests, - laminates for thermal comfort - laminates for PIP injection applications, - laminates (plus pads) for leather seats include low melting range glue dots, web or film for sensitive and elastic leather - laminates of A-surface materials as ECO leather and other face materials - laminates of felts, knitting materials, needle punched materials, foams, face materials, etc We are focus on lamination, new materials, new laminates eco and also on customer service. As customer service we support our customer production plant, customer engineering when need the improvements, solutions, optimization.
