Staff Augmentation Model This model places the majority of the responsibility on the client, while maintaining the highest level of control. In this model, you’re leasing workers from Carambola to assist with your internal development projects. You still own your projects from start to finish. 2. Managed Team Model The client and outsourcing provider share responsibility for and ownership of development projects, agreeing on which responsibilities belong to whom. This is different to staff augmentation as only a project manager directly updates the client and the responsibility and risk is on Carambola. 3. Project Base Model This places the majority of the responsibility on Carambola. Carambola will complete the development of projects based on Client requirements, owning the projects from start to finish.
