Caravel Capital is a boutique Singapore corporate advisory firm that provides deal origination, capital structuring and deal execution services to local and international MNCs corporations, financial sponsors, family offices, SMEs and startups. We are former sell-side investment bankers with buy-side experience in large MNCs. We have a track record in executing complex transactions relating to mergers & acquisitions, equity raising, principal investments, joint ventures, project & structured trade finance, and trade & working capital finance. Our goal is to materially increase the probability of deals closing for all of our clients.
