CARBON CAPITAL is an investment company founded in Latvia that develops forest and agricultural land assets. The company's development in 2021 was taken over by a team of Latvian investors and experienced management in the forest and financial sector. When making day-to-day decisions, we consider the balance of CO2 emissions from our operations to be one of the most important factors, ensuring greater absorption of greenhouse gases than emissions. Carbon Capital is an investment company with a focus on green investments that have the potential to reduce CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere. Therefore, today, the company chooses forest and agricultural land as the primary investment tool, as these assets have the greatest CO2 absorption potential. When developing properties, their potential CO2 capture is assessed, as well as the installation of wind and solar energy infrastructure, which provides additional future cash flow. In addition to the acquisition of properties, the company develops cooperation projects in wind and solar energy generation projects with landowners, providing a full cycle from appraisal to building permit and project implementation.
