Carboncoin incentivises you to recycle. We convert your recyclable waste into a unique digital reward that you can use at partnering companies. We aim to create a lasting ecosystem between governments, companies and people, in order to ensure a lasting recycling activity. Too often, recyclable waste cannot make its way to proper facilities and ends up in nature, where it can take hundreds if not thousands of years to decompose. Carboncoin was founded by Alejandro Nicoli and Anton Falco following our respective masters at Imperial College London. Currently based in Monaco, we are supported by the Monaco Government and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation. Our Mission: To motivate people to recycle more Our Vision: To show people that they can benefit from taking part in an ethically viable activity, and that there is no such thing as “small acts” when it comes to saving the planet. Our Belief: We believe that everyone can play their part, one plastic bottle - old pair of jeans - or cardboard box at a time.
