Active operations of the company stopped since 2024, when the EU enacted wider package to ban greenwashing in marketing. The same regulation package prohibits companies and organizations from making claims based on CO2 emission offsetting (i.e., carbon offsets) that state anything about "a neutral, reduced, or positive impact on the environment. With this regulation now in place, forestry related reforestation projects are obviously without a feasible customer market, when our clients cannot speak about a 'positive impact on the environment'. We are currently only managing the existing forests for our existing clients, whom joined us and our journey in 2019-2023.
