We are a South African manufacturer of plastic cards and card solutions provider.
Our factory is located in Modderfontein, Johannesburg and currently manufactures over 1 million cards per month. Our installed capacity is capable of nearly 4x that. We print mainly on 2 KBA Metronic Genius-UV machines which are German state of the art plastic specific printing presses that result in unsurpassed quality, speed and environmental sensibility when it comes to printing on plastic.
We also specialise in contact-less smart cards or RFID cards. We carry a wide range and offer many solutions to RFID procurement challenges. NFC chips are also available ex-stock.
We also carry a large stock of peripheral card products such as card holders, lanyards, readers, card printer cleaning kits, printer ribbons, print- heads. Our services include card printer repair and service as well as internet based live technical support.
