Cardinal Coaches

We are childhood friends who combined our two different career paths to start a company-- Aisha (chief corporate and community engagement officer) and Vanessa (public school leader). We support organizations in navigating the highs and lows of adaptive challenges. We do this work humbly, as facilitators and participants in the deep norming needed to lead any community through the change process. What our coaching has looked like so far: -Co-constructing a vision for inclusion with orgs that includes built-in feedback and accountability structures. -Supporting leaders in navigating the inevitable resistance to doing inclusion work with integrity. -Modeling of learner-centered pedagogy, curriculum materials, and assessment rituals. -Implementing ways of working that move away from traditional hierarchal dynamics and build genuine employee efficacy, community, and trust.
