Cardio-HART by Cardio Phoenix is the first cardiac diagnostic system that combines the diagnostic functionality of an 1) AI reporting 12 Lead ECG, 2) Phonocardiograph, and 3) Echocardiograph. * Detects 14 significant cardiac abnormalities, typically only diagnosed by Echocardiography. * Detects Heart Failure: HFpEF, HFmrEF, HFrEF, and LVEF % * Quick | Non-invasive | Provides Immediate Results The main focus of this project is to provide an integrated CVD patient pathway to cover initial disease detection in Primary Care through diagnosis confirmation and treatment in Secondary Care specialists & cardiology services. By using an innovative digitally enabled and AI-assisted technology (Cardio-HART) there is the opportunity to provide essential diagnostic information to Health Care Professionals and transform the patient pathway to improve early CVD detection.
