Who Are We? We are an established residential service provider in East London operating in the borough of Waltham Forest and Redbridge since 1998. The company operates children's homes, residential family centres and 16+ provisions summing up nine different homes in total. Horizon, Care2Share and Real Life are operated by the same provider and are linked services. What Do We Do? Our children's services aim to provide emergency or long-term placements for young people who cannot live within their family home. The homes aim to provide a nurturing, safe, secure, and stable environment to enable young people to flourish and achieve their full potential. We have three family assessment centres conducting assessments of parents and children within the family court setting. We also have supported living family centres where we provide monitoring and support services to provide a bespoke package to parents and families who require ongoing support for long periods. We are proud of our commitment and dedication to providing excellent services for children and families and our professional partners. Horizon Residential Care Home has uniquely held an Ofsted rating of "Outstanding" for the last 12 years consecutively. The leadership of our services have over 20 years of experience and can structure outstanding and formulated training for people new to the social work sector but motivated to succeed and keen to learn. What Is Our Ethos? Our Ethos at Care2Share is based on the philosophy of good and responsible parenting and asks the question, "what would you do if this was your child?".
