The Care Collaborative is a 501(c) non profit organization based in Sunderland, MA. Founded in 2001 by Sue Pratt, TCC has been supporting elders and their caregivers in western Massachusetts for over 20 years.
Our mission is to improve the visibility, availability, and quality of community elder care.
We meet our mission in a variety of ways, primarily through education, our caregiver membership association, Giving Circle Thrift Shop, and Giving Back Massage Therapies.
For over 15 years we have provided a comprehensive Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide training program. Our students are trained to provide loving, compassionate, and skilled care.
Graduates of our program work in nursing homes, home care agencies, assisted living facilities, hospice, and other health care settings throughout Western Massachusetts.
We provide consultation, support, and training to individuals involved in and/or providing care to their friends and family.
It is our belief that quality care is only possible with a well trained and well supported workforce.
Our Caregiver Membership program provides tangible supports and services to the essential direct care workforce (home care aides, nursing assistant, and personal care aides) that our community depends on to care for our elders.
