Our clinical lead nurses mobilise all packages of care, tailoring care plans to each client and creating a bespoke training agenda for care staff to ensure care delivery is of the highest quality. We pride ourselves with providing the best healthcare services to meet your family's everyday needs and invest heavily in the learning and development of our specialist teams to ensure exceptional delivery of care. We are passionate about teamwork and trust, and our clinical team based out of our Harrow office are always keeping their feet on the ground, with regular visits to clients and competency checks for staff, ensuring all parties are supported appropriately. Our care coordination team supports them in this regard, with monthly team meetings for staff on every package and catch-up calls with clients on a regular basis, ensuring a constant flow of communication between parties.
