Everyone's needs are different, and because we value this individuality in our customers, we have developed a range of services that are fully flexible, ranging from full-time live-in care for those who require it, to 15-minute visiting calls. We know that the overwhelming majority of people would prefer to remain independent in the familiar and comfortable environment of their own homes, and it is a tremendous source of pride as a company that, with the support of our team of expert carers, this independence has become a reality for our ever-growing number of customers.

All of our staff at Care By Us are compassionate and family orientated and most are locally based. Many have nursing backgrounds and years of experience as professional carers in the community. They use their own life skills and experiences to support the client and give them the best quality of life and as much independence as possible. Our Home Carers are all thoroughly vetted, police checked to an enhanced level and fully trained to Care By Us’s high standards. We always try and carefully match our carers to suit the individual client.
Our ongoing training programme continually develops the skills of our workforce to ensure that we provide the highest standards of care possible.
