Career And Development Cell of Ramjas College, Delhi University founded in 2018 with our goal of Catalysing Careers, aiming to help the students in interacting with like minds, emblazon their knowledge and boost their confidence, so as to bring up a more intellectually driven person. With students choosing careers that they may not suit them, a worrying scenario could emerge: We could be stuck in careers like round pins in square holes. This is detrimental for the students because reconsidering a career is an enormous decision. But it's also detrimental for employers who will struggle to keep excellent students interested in careers that they no longer want. Here, Career And Development Cell plays an imperative role to inform students about various job opportunities, skills in demand, careers they can opt according to their skills ,in short, it provides them adequate knowledge so that they can introspect and realise , in which area they have to work, where is their interest and what is meant for them. At Career and Development Cell Ramjas, we believe to create a pathway to assist students in achieving their goals leading to a fulfilling future within the greater community.
