The career development center contributes towards finding solutions to the unemployability challenge in Aswan by matching youth set of skills with the job market needs,The center expands its services to improve youth’s employability and interpersonal skills thus improve their ability to develop and capitalize on job opportunities within various sectors. The services are attainable online through the virtual platform of the center “Masar” portal and through the Career Development Center itself, located at OM Foundation. This is in addition to identifying the requirements of the labor market and providing labor market assessments and information so youth of Aswan can achieve their aspirations and invest in their future by meeting these requirements.
