Career Fair - USM Engineering Campus

The Career Fair of USM Engineering Campus is an annual event organised by the Student Development Affairs & Alumni Division to be the platform for our undergraduates and industry players to converge for career awareness, internship placements and employability. Every year, the Career Fair is participated by both local and overseas companies ranging from small companies to large multi-national companies (MNCs). The main purpose of organising Career Fair is to prepare undergraduates for the working world by providing them early and various career opportunities to ensure that job security is high on the list or priorities of our undergraduates who will soon embark on their career. The Career Fair is a key stepping stone for our undergraduates to market themselves and secure their employability, hence paving the way for their brighter future as well as for the development of the country. Career Fair 2025: 'Discovering Opportunities, Bridging Connections' Aligning with USM new transformation plans that visioned to witness the significant changes of USM community especially our students to be ready for the 4th Industrial Revolution, new ideas and directions are mapped out as enlightenment to propel towards the vision. Standing out as the only APEX University in Malaysia, USM used to nurture students with high competency in line with one of the key enablers of the APEX Phase 2, which is ‘Empowering Current and Future Talents’. Throughout the years, career fair plays a remarkable role in supporting this magnificent endeavour by acting as a service platform to bridge industry employers and students, enabling the recruitment of students as companies’ talent pool.
