We started with deconstructing the “science” of what we do- reverse-engineering a successful placement by breaking down the steps that need to be mastered to secure the career path one desires. We then added in all the nuance and guidance- the “art”- that we provide to candidates to separate them from the masses in the marketplace. Lastly, we made it so that someone can become self-reliant in managing their career. Our platform was developed to give our members the ability to manage and protect the most valuable asset they have- their career!
