CareerActive was founded in 2021 by Kay and Lee who recognised that by combining our experience, knowledge, strengths and passion we offer something unique. We understand first-hand the challenges and uncertainties that people experience having undergone major transitions of our own. We are qualified and accredited executive coaches with a background in business psychology, recruitment and psychometrics, who have worked at operational and board level across numerous sectors and industries. This enables us to create individual interventions that genuinely make a difference and result in transformational change.
